On Wednesday evening an enjoyable trip was had with some of the folks from garaiste.com on the 65 from Eden Quay, in Dublin City Centre to Ballyknockan, Co. Wicklow, in the middle of the Wicklow mountains. Ballyknockan would be one of the furthest destinations possible from the city centre on the Dublin Bus network. On the outward trip AV318 struggled up the long grade to Blessington suffering from an hot engine. As a result WV51 was dispatched from Tallaght to Blessington to pick up passengers off AV318.
